- CAM instruction
- Introduction to machining dynamics
- Additional CAM instruction using CAM+, app that simulates machining force and vibration

- All students who complete the online training will receive a certificate of completion, 0.6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from Pellissippi State Community College, a digital copy of Machining Dynamics: Frequency Response to Improved Productivity, and the ACE CNC Machining Digital Credential from Credly.

Composites
Polymeric composites manufacturing is an essential part of the national manufacturing industry. ACE Composites aims to equip individuals with the skills used in polymer composites manufacturing. The goal is to broaden the skill base in this area of the manufacturing industry.
Students will first complete an Introduction to Composites course. Upon completion, students may register for any of the following units covering the major aspects of composite manufacturing.
- Unit 1: Composites Machining
- Unit 2: Composites in Automotive
- All students who complete the online training will receive the ACE Composites Digital Credential from Credly.

Cybersecurity – CMMC Course Description
In this introduction to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), you will study each layer of the TCP/IP protocols, the vulnerabilities in its design and implementation, and how to exploit vulnerabilities in attacks.
Topics Covered:
- Network Security Basics
- Virtual Private Networks
- Firewall Security
- Intrusion Detection Systems
- Cryptographic, Transport Layer, Hashing, and PKI Security
- All students who complete the 6-hour online training will receive a certificate of completion and 0.6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from Roane State Community College. Students who complete the 6-hour course will be eligible to take the full 24-hour Cybersecurity CMMC 2.0 online course, also at no cost. Students who complete the 24-hour class will earn 2.4 CEUs from RSCC and the chance to take the national CMMC certification exam.
